EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) is made to the highest quality from pure, cold-pressed olives, with an incomparable, distinctive flavor. With a hint of pepperiness and a strong scent, it is the preferred Extra Virgin Olive Oil to those familiar with the Mediterranean diet. Always maintained with an Acidity level below 0,8% we ensure only the best Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a great dressing for all types of salad and due to its low burning point is great to be used for a cooking oil.

OLIVE OIL – There are many different unique varieties of olives in Greece which are used to produce olive oil, which do not exist in other olive producing countries, it is due to this fact the the Greek Olive Oil maintains it distinct taste. Once the oil reaches an acidity level higher the 0,8% it cannot be considered Extra Virgin oil, but this is not to say that it is not of the same high quality. Our Olive Oil is obtained through blending Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Refined Olive Oil. This takes away most of the intense bitter and peppery flavor to make it a great cooking oil.

POMACE OIL – Pomace oil is extracted from the Olive Pulp which remains from the initial presses of the EVOO and Olive Oils. The oil which is extracted with this method has a very faint taste of the olive fruit and can be likened more to a sunflower or canola oil. The Pomace Olive Oil is great for deep frying as it has a much higher burning point than the other Olive Oils.
